Production Operator

As a growing and innovative manufacturing company, we are looking for a PRODUCTION OPERATOR to join our team in Latvia.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or metalworking is desirable but not essential.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate various metalworking machines.
• Ability to read technical drawings would be an advantage.
• Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet established quality standards.
• A disciplined approach to work, including adherence to company rules and production schedules.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and tools according to assigned tasks.
• Prepare materials and workstations to ensure efficient production processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow established production procedures, workplace safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, including machinery and tools.
• Learn and perform tasks at different workstations within the production department as required.
